Double-stage RO system

Raw water is pressurized into pretreatment and precision filtration, then passes the first-stage high-pressure pump and first-stage RO membrane. Permeate enters the second-stage high-pressure pump and second-stage RO membrane for lower final conductivity. Online conductivity monitoring and automatic flushing help stabilize operation.

Why choose double-stage RO?

Double-stage RO is used when the final permeate needs a stricter and more stable quality level than a single RO pass can provide.

The first RO permeate becomes the feed water for the second RO pass. This improves final conductivity control and makes the system more suitable for purified water rooms and cleaner process-water projects.

If the project needs ultrapure water, EDI can be added after double-stage RO as a polishing step.
