Purified-water generation and distribution route

The complete route protects water quality from raw-water pretreatment through generation, storage and every use point. Optional polishing and sanitization stages are selected only from the project standard and risk assessment.

WATER TREATMENT PRINCIPLE

Purified water is more than an RO outlet

Two membrane passes reduce dissolved salts and stabilize conductivity, but the required water quality must remain protected after generation.

Tank venting, drainability, dead-leg control, circulation velocity, surface finish, sanitization and monitoring all affect the quality delivered at the use point.

The system is not automatically suitable for Water for Injection. WFI and other critical applications require their own applicable production, storage, distribution and validation review.

These checks define whether the skid, sanitary storage and loop are matched to the same quality target.

Is every stainless RO system purified-water equipment?

No. The water-quality target, storage, distribution, sanitization and monitoring strategy must all match the application.

Should 304 or 316L stainless steel be used?

The material grade depends on the applicable standard, cleaning chemistry, chloride exposure, surface-finish requirement and buyer specification.

Can a sanitary storage tank and circulation loop be included?

Yes. Send the tank volume, loop length, use-point count, return flow, operating temperature and sanitization method.

Is purified water the same as Water for Injection?

No. WFI has separate production, storage, distribution and validation requirements. Confirm the applicable standard before equipment selection.
